It is imperative that a protege:
Volunteer:Volunteer for the organization when needed
Be a graduate: Be newly graduates (graduated within the last 3 years) or graduating within no more than two years
Be self-aware: Have specific professional or personal development goals in mind
Have professionalism: Have a professional outlook and approach the program with a business etiquette in mind
Be involved: Willing to be a part of the community and to promote Mongolia in Canada
Become a Future Mentor: Become a mentor to a next generation of students
